The placement and density of your keyword is something you should highly consider when optimizing your articles for the search engines. Search engines send out bots that scan your article in such a way that makes it crucial to position your keywords in spots where they will be noticed and acknowledged as a keyword, so that when a person searches for that keyword, your article will show up in the results.

Keyword. What is it?

A keyword is a significant word that you post in your article multiple times. When a spider crawls your article, it recognizes that your article contains your specific word a number of times, which then assumes that your article will be useful to people searching for that keyword.

Optimizing your article too much

Placing your keyword excessively in your article is called ‘keyword stuffing’. When you practice this method, the spiders will detect that you are trying to manipulate the search engines so that you can rank high for that keyword. When this occurs, your article will get penalized and possibly banned forever from any search engines.

Keyword Density

Keyword density means the number of times that your keyword is placed within your article. The majority of people use a percentage to tell how many times they will insert their keyword in their article. For instance, if the article you wrote was 600 words and you wanted to achieve a 3% keyword density, then you’ll need to put the keyword in your article 18 times. You’ll find dozens of resources suggesting a percentage over another and the reasons behind the logic, but in the end you will have to decide which density works best for you.

The Right Density

Keep in mind that whatever density you choose, it’s crucial to put the keywords in the start and finish point of your article. If you have the right keyword density in your article, you can almost guarantee yourself that your article will be a money maker because it will get top placement in the search results and gain maximum exposure.

If you use the strategies that I’ve mentioned in this article, there is no reason why you shouldn’t gain top search engine rankings. Be sure to submit your articles to multiple directories to gain maximum exposure and dominate the search engine display results.

Without a mouse pad, there is an maximizing curser accuracy. But enough technical mumbo-jumbo. A lot of people think that a mouse pad is a mouse pad is a mouse pad. You might be surprised how many computer owners don’t even use them or like them. They use books, pieces of cardboard and even paper plates (and wonder why their computer is so slow). I’m not making this up. Others without a computer are certain a mouse pad is a small rental unit for rodents. (I am making that up but it might not surprise me. People can have vivid imaginations).

The mouse itself was invented in 1963 by a Stanford student named Douglas Engelbart. He called it “the bug” but it was later named to “the mouse”. It was not made to be put on a mat or pad but held in one hand and the user would type on a five-key chord keyset with the other. This system was short-lived. The mouse pad is said to have been invented by Armando M. Fernandez when he worked at Xerox in 1977. He first named the mouse pad with separate words, mouse pad, and later fused the two names into a single word “mousepad”. Xerox published his invention in 1979. Later advertisers, artists, cartoonists, and others begin to see the advertising and promotional potential in mouse pads.

A creatively-produced mouse pad is the ideal memorable corporate gift. The trick to giving the right mouse pad,to the right party, and is to think of the end user, rather than your company logo. The mouse pad user gets tired of looking at your company logo every day. I hate to bruise your ego but it is true. Rather than the age-old “my company logo on your mouse pad”, smart corporate gift-givers are giving “theme-related” mouse pads as gifts, and often humor or cartooning is incorporated. For instance, giving a mouse pad to a doctor? Why not one featuring a medical-related cartoon? To a scientist? A science-theme cartoon makes perfect sense. See the difference? It is what you might call “non-invasive marketing”. With all the products on the market today, many of them very outdated, used to promote corporate awareness, the personalized touch is standing out. So giving a simple high-quality humor or cartoon-theme mouse pad that matches the interest of the one you are giving it to, not only makes perfect sense, it works.

The person not only sees and uses the mouse pad every day, he/she remembers it came from you. It needn’t even have your name and/or web address on it. The receiver will remember this gift. It will be very very different than other gifts received. If you’ve never tried it, simply try it. This is definitely an experiment in gift-giving worth a try. I didn’t believe it at first and now I’m hooked. I have never gotten more business simply from sending out fifty or so cartoon mousepads from any other advertising medium. And I don’t even put my logo, name, or URL on it, just attach my business card. Make it a true gift, not a promotional one. And they always thank me and I know they appreciate it.

Disney and Hanna Barbara, it is thought, put the first cartoon characters onto mouse pads, targeting the children’s market. They continue to license the images with great sucess

Cartoonist, entrepreneur, Rick London, producer of Londons Times Cartoons, was the first to create professional-themed cartoons onto high quality mouse pads targeting the corporate business and adult gift-giving market. His themes include everything from dentistry to pro-sports to lawyers to veterinarians. He sells them at his his cartoon stores such as JustFunnyMousepads.Com. They have become very big sellers in both the corporate world and regular arena of unique gift items.

If you want someone to do business with you, they have to remember you in a positive light. That is why I incorporate humor by giving cartoon mousepads to my clients. It works not just some of the time but all of the time. I don’t know why, but it just does.

Article marketing is the starting point for many internet marketers. This is because it is an ideal means for building their opt in list and attracting traffic to their web site, because there is a huge demand for content which is what articles provide. Webmasters will scour article directories to find fresh quality content to use on their own website or newsletter.

By including a link to your website or business opportunity in these articles you will receive the benefit of a backline if they decide to use the content provided in your articles on their web sites, along with some valuable free traffic which has cost you nothing. It is possible in some cases for a good quality article to remain high in the search engines for a long time

You may consider submitting your articles to a distribution service that will submit to a large number of different directories, bloggs and groups. Like most things the quality of these services can vary immensely and some can be quite expensive to use. If done properly this can save a lot of time and achieve quick widespread distribution of your articles. This is very useful to establish a body of articles in the search engines and it is a good idea to complement this by submitting individual articles to some of the more popular directories.

A common mistake when writing articles is to include content that does nothing to help the readers. These types of articles are often thinly disguised sales pitches. They tend to be loaded with affiliate and deep links and do not answer any questions or provide any useful information. Their sole purpose is to increase traffic to the spammer’s website.

A well written and cleverly thought out resource box can make all the difference in determining the level of website traffic that your article will generate. Your full name should be included in the resource box so it is clear that you are the author of the article and it is your knowledge and expertise on show. The more articles you write, the more well known your name will become. You then need to provide a web link to direct the reader to further content that is directly related to the body of the article.

Try to keep your reader interested from start to finish. From your opening paragraph, use real life situations that the reader can relate to. Use good descriptions and metaphors to emphasise your point. Include interesting and relevant facts and figures where appropriate, as this will help to give authority to your article. You should Use questions and statements that include keywords that readers are searching for. Titles or headers should describe your articles content whilst at the same time being short and concise.

One of the main stumbling blocks for people new to article marketing is that they often feel incapable of writing original content. There are thousands of Private Label Rights articles available on the internet, on a vast range of topics. Whilst I would certainly not suggest submitting these articles in their original form, it is possible to read several PLR articles on a certain topic and write a new article adding some of your own insights. Many of these articles are badly written in any case so there is a good chance that you can re-write them in your own words and make them more informative. This is not an ideal approach but if it can get you started then it has served a useful purpose.

Many people struggle to produce quality articles which means that demand for content is huge. If you find that you have a talent for article writing you may consider combining some of your work into an e-book which can be sold, or just given away to promote your website or affiliate programs. Many people sell these types of products on sites such as Clickbank where affiliates will market the product for you in return for a commission. It is not necessary to write a massive amount of content as buyers are more concerned with quality than quantity.
